Shipping & Delivery

Please allow 3–5 business days for delivery after payment confirmation.
All orders are dispatched the following business day after full payment has been received.
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss time frames or product alternatives.

Delivery Costs

All postage is handled via Australia Post E-Parcel or E-Parcel Express – depending on the postage method selected at checkout.
You will receive an email with shipping confirmation and a tracking number.

Currency

All shipping costs on the Glow Groom™ website include GST.
All charges are quoted prior to checkout and payment.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
We accept payments via PayPal, Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard), Bank Deposit, and cheque.

Returns & Refunds

If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, we will replace it at no charge.
If a product does not match its description, we will replace it or issue a full refund.
To request a refund or exchange, contact the Glow Groom™ team by email within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

• You must return the product within 14 days of receipt.
• Products must be unopened and in original packaging.
• Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
• If you return all items (unopened) from your order, a $10 restocking fee will apply.
• The cost of original postage paid will be deducted from the refund.
• If your order is returned to sender, an Australia Post return fee of $10 will apply.
